PipeLinear Service Agreement

Welcome to PipeLinear. We're a Chicago-based lead generation company with an offshore team in Manila, Philippines. Before we begin our services, it's important that we agree on certain terms and conditions.

Services: Our commitment is to provide effective lead-generation services. This includes launching and managing an email campaign for you, ensuring a consistent addition of prospects, creating and continuously optimizing outbound scripting in our emails, and prospecting as well as validating high-quality contact data for our clients.

We want to be clear on how we define leads: they are prospects who have either opened or clicked on an email at least three times within a seven-day period, or six times within a thirty-day period.

Our Process: We are currently developing software that will provide clients with a more turnkey and self-service experience. Until that is available, our team will handle most of the work and manage the campaign, providing limited transparency.

Fees and Payment: Our services are priced at a flat rate of $99 per month. We value flexibility and do not require long-term commitments, so you can cancel the service at any time. Please note that there are no prorated refunds.

Payments are processed securely through our Stripe platform. They are automatically billed to your account each month. We send out a billing notice seven days in advance, and a receipt is always issued after each payment.

Late Payment Consequences: If a payment is not made on time, we may need to suspend our services and discontinue any email campaigns or live dashboards associated with your account.

Term and Termination: This agreement is valid for the duration of our engagement. Once the engagement is cancelled, this agreement is voided. After cancellation, we do not retain any data and cannot guarantee the provision of campaign history, contacts, or other materials created during the engagement.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds, even in the event of cancellation.
